A tailored leadership Training Programme which aims to empower the next generation of young leaders and peacebuilders across the island of Ireland, equipping them with the skills, confidence, and networks to make a positive contribution to the future development of their communities, and across communities.
They are recruiting applicants who will have the opportunity to gain training, accreditation while building relationships across communities, cross border and internationally.
