Football at Presentation Secondary School, Mitchelstown
The school are delighted to welcome Ms Caroline Gray and Mr Anthony Nash to the P.E. Department. The girls are really benefitting from their expertise in football as borne out by their results to date.

First year and Junior Football Training takes place in the school every Tuesday and Thursday for 4 to 5 and a large number of students have signed up and are actively participating.

The Junior Ladies Football team have had a great start to the year, winning against Presentation College Clonmel, but unfortunately losing to Glanmire Community College. They turned their luck around again by beating Drumcollogher in the last game. Well done girls!

The First Years have had only one game which they won in great fashion. Keep up the good work!

Presentation Equestrian Club
The club has got off to an excellent start this year with teams taking part in the Inter-schools show-jumping at both Middleton and Clonshire. Congratulations to Niamh O’Brien and Niamh Magnier who got second overall in Middleton – a fantastic result.
The club all met at Hillcrest Equestrian Centre with their teacher, Ms Curran over the mid term break for a day of trecking and cross country. Much fun was had by all and the club would like to thank Ms Curran for organising the event during the school holidays.
